Download the ZIP file with the Poster Assets

  • Unzip the file and have a look at the resources it contains.

    • There are 2 x Photoshop templates, portrait and landscape versions.

    • There are various movie poster graphics for you to use

Open your chosen Photoshop template

  • The template has a black background and space for you to add your edited composite image.

  • Once you have placed the image, add your graphics. Drag and drop them into the workspace. Each one will be on a new layer automatically.

  • Use CTRL & T to free transform the graphic to resize them and move them around.

Add TEXT

  • Add a name for your movie.

  • Add names of the "actors" in your poster and other roles like Director, Editor etc.

Export the final PNG file

  • Export the final poster to your Desktop

  • Log out of Photoshop. HELP MENU > LOGOUT (your email)

  • Leave your workspace tidy, push your chair into place.

  • Wait for instructions on returning to the Forum Seats

  • REMEMBER: Make sure you log out of Adobe Creative Cloud and your School Email if you have used it on any PC at Casey Tech School
