Can I add text, like a title, to my video?

Yes, you can add text:

From the effects toolbox, click on "Titles" and drag and drop a text onto your timeline.
Double click on the title clip to edit the default text and its appearance in the Inspector panel.
To increase the duration of the title, select the title clip and drag it outward from either the beginning or end.
