# How do I speed up or slow down a video clip?

To control the speed of a video clip:

1. Right-click the clip in the timeline.
2. Select "**Change Clip Speed**".
3. To create a faster clip, choose a speed over 100% (e.g., 200% makes the clip twice as fast).
4. If you want to slow down the clip, choose a speed less than 100%.
5. To reverse a clip, check the "**Reverse Speed**" checkbox.
6. Once done click on "**Change**".
